My Story

I grew up in Koh Samui, Thailand, where traditional massage and natural healing practices are part of everyday life. From a young age, I experienced regular treatments from experienced practitioners, including my mother and aunt. In Thailand, massage is not only a profession but a way of caring for the body and restoring balance. Being surrounded by this culture from an early age shaped how I understand the connection between the body, movement and wellbeing.

Those early experiences sparked my curiosity about how the body works and how therapeutic touch can support recovery and healing. Over time, this natural exposure developed into a deeper passion for helping people feel better in their bodies.

After moving to the UK, I decided to turn that passion into a professional career. I trained in massage therapy in London, gaining professional qualifications in sports massage and therapeutic bodywork.

In 2015, I founded my practice Natthida Cooper, where I began helping clients relieve pain, restore mobility and improve their overall wellbeing through personalised treatment.

As my experience and treatment approach evolved over the years, the practice was rebranded in 2024 as Natthida Therapeutics, reflecting a stronger focus on therapeutic treatment, movement recovery and long-term wellbeing.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience, I have developed my own treatment style that combines traditional Thai techniques with modern remedial sports massage. My goal is simple: to help clients move better, feel better, and maintain a healthier balance in their bodies and everyday lives.
